DRY WHITE WINE
Rhoditis (Protected Geographical Indication of Achaia)
Greenish yellow color. Balance between alcohol and acidity, with a pleasant aroma of flowers, citrus, apple, melon and banana. Refreshing, thanks to the acidity, taste.
Rhoditis has a well known taste in Greek cuisine. Highlights fish, seafood, white meats with white sauces and light appetizers. Accompanies oily foods and feta. It also pleasantly accompanies fruits. Serve at 10 °C-12 °C.
Harvest – Vinification
The harvest of Roditis starts after mid-September but lasts until mid-October. Fermentation temperatures range around 17 ° C. The maturation process and meteorological conditions are monitored systematically. The grapes are collected in a crate and on the same day. After the light pressure, all the basic principles of modern white winemaking are followed in cooled stainless steel tanks!
