Variety: Rhoditis (Protected Geographical Indication of Achaia)

Quality Features: Greenish yellow color. Balance between alcohol and acidity, with a pleasant aroma of flowers, citrus, apple, melon and banana. Refreshing, thanks to the acidity, taste.


Food Pair: Rhoditis has a well known taste in Greek cuisine. Highlights fish, seafood, white meats with white sauces and light appetizers. Accompanies oily foods and feta. It also pleasantly accompanies fruits. Serve at 10 °C-12 °C.
